Task
To create an application that connects customers with their favourite stylists in a seamless manner while providing high-quality customer support. We wanted our users to have access to an all-in-one solution that would streamline the process while providing value-for-money solutions.Developing such a product came with its challenges. One of the biggest hurdles we faced was ensuring data privacy and security at all times within the platform while delivering seamless user experience from start-to-finish across different devices!
Strategy
To overcome these challenges, we developed two superb native mobile applications using Flutter - Customer App & Stylist App which are available on PlayStore (Android) & AppStore (iOS). These apps provide an awesome user experience; allowing customers to make appointments directly through their smartphones plus enabling stylists manage bookings effectively too! Furthermore; advanced web admin panel alongside well-structured codebase has been incorporated enabling seamless control over every aspect related to users management thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency in real-time thus saving time.

Since launch, we have seen tremendous growth among our fellow queens who use our platform as their go-to source for beauty needs. In just six months since launching, more than 10 thousand satisfied queenly customers now rely on us whenever they need professional beauty services delivered right into their homes without stress. Over 5000 successful bookings have been made through our platform achieving a satisfaction rating above 95% among users.
