We focused on gathering accurate and comprehensive information about doctors, including their qualifications and consultation fees. JiraniCare enables patients to make informed choices by providing feedback from other patients, helping them build trust and confidence in their selected healthcare provider. Seamless User Experience: Our strategy centered around creating a seamless user experience that simplifies the appointment booking process.     As we progressed from whiteboards to wireframes a visual style started to emerge. Even our earliest sketches retained some of the most compelling aspects of the design, such as the custom icon-based filtering system and the “service focus” info bars. Using meaningful trips as inspiration, we spent a great deal of time expanding the limits of the rebrand to develop a vibrant yet consistent aesthetic. We paid close attention to the details, just as Clinox does in its service journeys—subtly communicating the dependability and meticulousness of Clinox and its adventures.

  • Results

    Clinox is a model client. Its defined direction, practical feedback, and contagious passion allowed us to take an initial concept and run with it. With a fresh off design and quickly building a following, we created an intuitive, compelling website and microsite focused on user experience and on providing safe, high-quality services.

    Both the client and the project team involved with this project are thrilled with how everything came together. The website demonstrates how aesthetics and intuitive functionality can work to engage and interact with the user while intelligently directing those interested in donating or learning more about green energy. A combination of the client’s goals and our own ideas produced a distinctive blend of intuitive iconography, whitespace, and pronounced typography, which not only serves as a resource for users but also screams “Hey! We need to confront global warming today!”

    After launch, we began testing how folks are using the website—focusing primarily on conversion rate optimization and improving the eCommerce experience.
