Task
Our task was clear: create an application that connects patients with healthcare professionals and pharmacy stores seamlessly while providing high-quality customer support. We wanted our users to have access to an all-in-one solution that would streamline the process while providing value-for-money solutionsDeveloping such a product came with its challenges. One of the biggest hurdles we faced was ensuring data privacy and security at all times within the platform while delivering seamless user experience from start-to-finish across different devices!.
Strategy
To overcome these challenges, we developed two superb native mobile applications using Flutter - User App & Delivery App which are available on PlayStore (Android) & AppStore (iOS). These apps provide an awesome user experience; allowing customers to book appointments for their consultations directly through their smartphones plus enabling delivery personnel manage orders effectively too! Furthermore; advanced web admin panel alongside well-structured codebase has been incorporated enabling seamless control over every aspect related to users management thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency in real-time thus saving time. We also created Medical/Pharma Stores App allowing businesses sell online making spontaneous communication possible between seller and buyer including keeping track of sales/orders made by customers.
Results
Since launch, we have seen tremendous growth in our user base. In just six months, our customer base has grown by 50%, with over 5000 satisfied patients using our app for their healthcare needs. We've had more than 10000 successful deliveries done through our delivery app achieving a satisfaction rating above 95% among users. Our dashboard helps analyze overall growth providing insights on every aspect of operation including informative graphs/charts making it more understandable aiding decision-making processes leading to better outcomes.
