Task
Developing such a comprehensive system is not without its challenges. One of the biggest hurdles we faced was finding ways to connect riders and drivers seamlessly while providing high-quality customer service. Additionally; ensuring data privacy and security at all times within the platform was key!
Strategy
To overcome these challenges; we developed two superb native mobile applications using Flutter - Passenger App & Rider App which are available on PlayStore (Android) & AppStore (iOS). These apps have been designed from scratch taking into consideration user behavior patterns which provides an awesome user experience across all devices! We included phenomenal features like real-time ride requests giving drivers an option either accept or reject based on their availability thus reducing idle time between rides ultimately increasing revenue streams plus being efficient in fuel consumption too! Additionally; we incorporated advanced web admin panel alongside well-structured codebase enabling seamless control over every aspect related to users management thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
